To exercise your ARCO rights, you must send your request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition in person at RITCO’s address, or by email that is sent to the email account protecciondatos@ritco.com.mx. The request must be addressed to RTICO, from Monday to Friday, within the hours between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., complying with all the requirements established in article 29 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Individuals, that is:
- Provide your name and address, or other means to communicate the response to your request;
- The documents that prove your identity or, where appropriate, the legal representation, when acting on behalf of the owner of the data;
- The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and
- Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
RITCO will respond in writing or by email, within ten business days after the corresponding request is submitted. If it is necessary to send you any document as part of the response, it will always be in electronic format.
